The street offered me this steel structure last night, i carried it on my back through Antwerp. I am not sure of its significance, yet I know it is there.

Givenchy gals

I was blessed with prime position at the Givenchy Spring Summer 2010 show last week, in that I could swivel my back and catch the perfect view of the girls entering, with wonderful perspective and no people in front of me. I captured their final walk with a slightly shaky hand, after such a beautiful soft, poetic show by Riccardo Tisci.

Freja Beha Erichsen in a look from Dries Van Noten’s Spring Summer 2010 show held at the Place Vendôme on Sunday. The artfully matted hair and fresh dewy makeup sent us into an exotic, colonial paradise- where traditional details such as strapped utilitarian trenches and blazers, pearls and feminine eyewear were mixed with batik trains, pleated silk wraps, heavy beading and other  ethnic finery.
