Bastian in Berlin
Bastian was one of the street-cast models from the Common People show, curated by StilinBerlin’s Dario Natale. He was one of the few models to walk the catwalk who exuded a natural comfort in the clothes that he wore, and this really showed on the runway.
I caught him backstage before the show was about to start, wearing his first look which consisted of John Richmond leather jeans, a charcoal tank, an oversized off-white parka by Helmut Lang, vintage digital watch and a key pendant necklace. He also wore a beautiful pair of black boots, rounded at the toe – Dior Homme in it’s finest days.
The overall feel was masculine and fresh, with the interesting choice of his accessories keeping the look really individual. I guess there really is style in Berlin, [as Dario captures best everyday here].
